I was honored to be one of 10 U.S. photographers tapped by Budweiser for their 2014 holiday campaign for social media. Part of the job consisted of capturing the emotions when friends reunite at the holidays, which Budweiser used to create “postcards” which were tightly targeted to specific audiences on their Facebook page and Twitter account. We shot at a number of classic Minneapolis bars, including the First Ave., CC Club, Matt’s, the Red Dragon and the beloved Nye’s. The first half of the campaign showcased quintessential Minneapolis locations.
